more wise words from the King of Good Analogies

so the quest for more wisdom continues and the King of Good Analogies is here to intro another book, this time not by Randy Pausch because he has already moved on and dont tink he can write anymore books but now by Mitch Albom and it is called The Five People You Meet in Heaven:

no it is not what you are thinking this is not a christian book because i have come to realized that balance is the key to success and my success as the king of good analogies and my quest to wisdom do not just come by reading christian books and yes they are good but i always gotta strike a balance. and the truth is, not every christian book is a good book and not every good book is a christian book.. this book is good man.. i dunno if it is a new or old book but i just pick it up at Borders and i got glued to it.. let's see some quotes from the book..

the scene was a certain Blue man's funeral and he said this:

Look at those mourners. Some did not even know me well, yet they came. Why? Did you ever wonder? Why people gather when others die? Why people feel they should?

It is because the human spirit knows, deep down, that all lives intersect. That death does not just take someone, it misses someone else, and in the small distance of being taken and being missed, lives are changed.

wah when i read this part i am like *stunned* this is so true, so true that it hits me so hard and i just gotta stop reading and think about everything.. phew.. great bk.. go get it.. $15(incl GST) is cheap for a change of concept about life..
